What each stage means
- Waiting for deposit
- Your order is ready for payment. Scan the QR or copy the address, then confirm the transfer in your wallet. If you’ve already sent, allow time for the deposit to be detected.
- Deposit detected / confirming
- Your payment has been detected and is waiting for the required network confirmations.
- Processing
- Your swap is being processed. The next step is the payout to your receiving address.
- Sending
- The payout is in progress. The order page updates when completion is confirmed.
- Completed
- AminSwap has received and stored confirmation of the payout for your order. Check your receiving wallet for the incoming funds.
Using your payment QR or address
Scan the QR with your sending wallet, or click the payment address to copy it. Check the address, network and exact amount before confirming the transfer. Add a memo or tag if the order shows one.
Scanning prepares the payment in your wallet; the transfer starts when you confirm it there. If your wallet doesn’t fill in the amount automatically, enter the amount shown on the order. The copy-address option is also available if scanning isn’t supported by your wallet.
When an update takes a little longer
Network confirmations and exchange processing can take time. If the page loses its connection, it keeps the last known status and lets you retry. Payment instructions are paused until the latest state can be checked.
If you’ve already sent a deposit, check the transfer in your sending wallet and keep your order reference. There’s no need to send a second payment just because an update is delayed.
Use deposit instructions only while the order is active. If its payment window has expired, contact support about any funds already sent before taking another step.
Keep your order close at hand
Leave the order tab open while your swap is in progress. A temporary session reference helps the page recover your order after a reload. Keep your order reference somewhere private in case you need support.
When you’re ready for another swap, the new-swap action clears the current tab’s saved reference and takes you back to the form. Clearing that reference does not delete transaction records.
Help with your order
